I
Alright here's where the blogging starts. ^^
So basically the overview of my itinerary is that me and my mama set off to Taiwan first to visit my relatives there. AKA we went to Taiwan to fetch my grandma.
Then we slowly make our way from Taiwan to China, visiting tourist spots along the way.
In China, we meet up with my papa and bro. They went directly to China.
And in China we stayed for around 2 weeks, one tourist-ing by ourselves and the other with my cousins. They're Dad was relocated there.
'We' being me, mama, grandma, papa, and bro.
Then after that Papa and bro went back to Sg directly while us 3G (haha XD) came back to Taiwan on 29th Dec to go attend countdown at Taipei 101. 8D
Which, by the way, almost ROCKED.
I say 'almost' because I wasn't as HIGH as I thought I would be. :\
Oh oh! and, the FIREWORKS at Taipei 101 was SPECTACULAR~~
Completely worth the feet pain I had to endure.
Imagine standing there, on rock ground, squeezed like sardines in a can, in hard-soled boots.
FOR 6 HOURS!
Yeah you heard me. SIX hours.
My poor feet got those red blood spots all over. I could barely walk.
And yes, I do still think it was worth it. Although I won't ever go through that again.
It's like one of those once-in-a-lifetime things that you HAVE to experience, yeah?
Well I was gonna talk about 'love' but I decided that this post is long enough as it is. So, I'm stopping here.
Enjoy your 2012!
Just a side note, this year is the year of the mighty DRAGON. :D
Fun Facts:
- Approx. half of the world's estimated 10 million species of life are believed to be found only in rainforests
- Armadillos can walk underwater
- Forest fires move faster uphill than downhill
- We forget 80% of what we learn every day
