My teacher got married!!

She was in charge of choir, which is why I was invited~
She only invited her current form class, last year form class and the sec 4 choir members whee~~~
She didn't invite the sec 3s!!! So happy. I hate the sec 3s.
As the title suggests, she is a Malay, so my friends and I expected it to be a Malay wedding...
Which we didn't know how to dress for.
I had prepared this brown, layered dress which is very very plain but nice. Sadly, it was sleeveless and I don't do sleeveless. I couldn't find a matching shirt so had to change dress last minute. T_T
I wore a shiny, bubble-skirted, extremely formal brown dress. =_=
Extremely hot, cause the material doesn't breathe.
We (5 girls, 2 guys) met at Tampines MRT station at around 2.45pm, and what a group we made, all dressed up haha. XD
The guys didn't wear anything weird, so they're fine.
Us girls, one wore Malay costume (most appropriate dressing), one looked like an OL (office lady), one wore seemingly clubbing clothes, one wore a beach dress, and I wore a "ballroom" dress.
Very attention catching, indeed.
Well we waited for the one in Malay costume (who is a Malay) until 3.15pm. Or later. =_=
Reached the destination a little after 4pm.
The wedding was not fully Malay wedding. It was more... Western-Malay.
They had a buffet which served Malay delicacies and mostly Malay guests, but that's about it.
I saw POPCORN at a wedding. A first. Nice popcorn, by the way. ^^
The bride and groom both wore Western outfits. And my teacher was so made-up that I couldn't recognise her at first!! XD
As you know, Malays have darker skin, but her face was completely drawn white haha.
She was so emotional that she cried a few times. Couldn't finish her speech. :'D
Aww.
Well that's about it we mainly talked amongst ourselves and ate and ate and ate lol.
We left after taking photos with the happy couple. :)
I think it was about 5.10...? Haha stayed so short. =_=
Oh yeah Hershey's at Tampines Mall is having a HUGE sale!!!
The chocolates are so cheap!! I bought 5 bars for $4. :D I have 2 left haha.
Au-bong even better, she spent $14++ on chocolates. =_=
