GCE O-Levels Days 2 & 3

Wow I've finished two subjects!
TWO!
And the worst is coming NOOOOOO. T_T

Yesterday was E. Maths paper 1, and today Paper 2.
I hope hope hope to get an A1 cause I need it!
Moderation is scary.
Last year, you needed to score a 90+ to get an A1.
CRAZY RIGHT??

Ughh I seriously hope I don't have any careless mistakes cause I think I know how to do all of them... But things are not always what they seem huh.
Well here's to my A1. PRAY PRAY PRAY.

Well, next week is an action-pack week!
At least one paper a day, some days two, and the sciences are rolling in one after the other.
OMGGG I'm scared.
I haven't even finished studying for all sciences yet!! >_<

The exam itself was uneventful, so I really have nothing to say.
Well, I do have some things to complain about (since Sg people are known as 'Complain Kings').
Seriously. We can complain about every single freakin' thing even though the lives we lead are wayy too pampered already.
Actually, on second thought, no I'm not gonna complain. I should be thankful for the air-con instead huh.
Even though my feet almost turned blue and drop off.
Nope, shouldn't complain.

LOL sorry couldn't resist. I'm kinda under stress here so I'm kinda BONKERZZ! WAKAKA!!

Hmm ok I'll make a list.

10 Things To Be Grateful

1. My head was mostly clear as I did maths, even though I slept quite late.
2. I managed to correct a few careless mistakes here and there.
3. I had ample time to think.
4. I could hold in my pee.
5. I found the papers relatively easy (with reservations).
6. I didn't feel sleepy.
7. My feet and nose didn't turn blue and drop off.
8. I didn't get a headache, unlike for EL paper.
9. I didn't forget anything necessary.
10. God was holding my hand. :)

Ok the end.

GCE O Levels Day 1

I can't believe I've started my Os!!!
It's so scary, really.
Four years of learning an hard work all amounted to these few papers.
Four years!

Day 1 was English, both papers.

Paper 1 consists of a composition and a letter.
I'm not gonna disclose the questions so I'm only gonna give brief details.
For the composition, I chose the one word qns which was "freedom".
Totally wasn't expecting that.
My story's basically about how a bird (that's me) was trapped in a cage for a long time. One day, the caged was open. However the bird didn't dare fly out, for it was accustomed to life inside the cage. It was scared of freedom. It died in the open cage.

Well in my story I'm not technically a bird, but I just used that proverb.

For the letter, we were required to write a letter to the principal. Kind of like a proposal.
I was honestly expecting a report ya know.

I'm generally quite happy abt my paper 1 because it was the best language I have ever used. Not so sure abt the content though.

For paper 2... Not so much hope.
Halfway through the paper my head hurt, my eyes hurt, my gum hurt throughout, and I started hiccuping. =_=
WTH right?

The headache was really really bad so I kinda entered this 'I don't care anymore' stage and just did the paper.

My school conducted the examinations in classrooms which, by the way, are air-conditioned.
AND THE AIRCON WAS LIKE CRAP!!!
The room was so stuffy and the air was musky and uncomfortable. Not to mention the heat.
I sweated at the start of paper 1, and it was only when the paper was ending that it became cool.
Not even COLD. Only COOL.

I think that's where my headache came from.
I'm very sensitive so I can't stay UN crowded places, especially those with bad ventilation, for too long.
THE ROOM WAS STUFFY LIKE CRAP.
Ughhhhh I keep cursing. Mind my language.

I hate my stupid school!!
Always had, always will.

I'm writing this on phone so fun facts next time k? :)

Computer World Domination!

Haha eye-catching title, huh? XD

Well my dear friend Donkey here brought my attention to this very, very disturbing piece of news.
A Japanese guy went and married a character in a DS game. =_=
Cuckoo much?

He married this character called Nene something in the game called Love Plus!
... where you can actually interact with the characters if you manage to get them to confess to you.

You can talk to the character (in Japanese) and they will reply accordingly.
You can even take them out on dates, change their clothes, take off their clothes (=_=) etc etc.

What a perverted society we live in. Guys have to resort to looking at computer-generated girls whose bodies are so unnatural. How many people can have a gigantic top half but stay skinny huh?? Especially for Asians.
It's because of these stupid types of stereotyping that us girls are pressurised to stay skinny.

Ok, going off track here.

My point is, that cuckoo guy actually conducted a marriage ceremony with HUMAN priests, HUMAN audience, HUMAN best man, but a PROGRAMME bride and PROGRAMME maid of honour.
WTH??
What is with that guy? Can't find a real girl to hook up with?
Ugh. Sicko.
I personally think that his standards for human girls are wayyyy too high.
He very proudly announced that he had been in a 'relationship' with many other characters of other games, but finally settled for this Nene character.
I get why he thinks he loves her.
These computer-generated characters were programmed to be the 'perfect' girl of every guy's dream.
They're pretty (with reserves), have great bods, can be programmed to be 'your type'...
Naturally, addicted players will fall in love with their 'perfect' girl.

BUT WHO IS ACTUALLY CRAZY ENOUGH TO MARRY THEM???

That guy KISSED the DS screen for the wedding, and who knows what he does in private.
*shudder*

Which is how I came to my conclusion that one day computers will take over the world.

The computer does everything now. It can play chess, do maths, do science, sing, play instruments, even do chores.
By computers I'm including robots and all that jazz.

Humans are becoming fat, lazy, good-for-nothing pigs.

Buck up! Do your own chores! Don't be too reliant on computers.

Did you know that the IQ of the younger generations are going down?
There was a news report on it.
See, this is what happens when humans don't exercise this amazing organ called THE BRAIN.

For example, students now rely on calculators way too much.
Can you believe that most of the people I know can't do mental fractional division?
Once, I asked a person what was 1/2 divided by 2.
That person had to check the calculator! =_=

Alright, this is getting way too long so I'm just gonna end it here.
A word of caution:
Exercise your brains more!

Btw, if you wanna check out the wedding, google SAL9000.

Fun facts:

- Apple seeds are poisonous as they contain a cyanide compound

- The average length of a human oesophagus (gullet) is 25cm

- One in every 9000 people is an Albino

- Head lice prefer clean heads to dirty ones

IPhone!

Yes, I have an iPhone 4. For a few months already.
The apps are AWESOME! :D

And I so should be studying right now... =x

Anyway, there's this thing called Cydia, which is only available in a jail broken phone.
I'm not sure whether or not it's legal in Sg.. :\

But, its functions are awesome!
You can chose your own themes and do stuff that iPhone doesn't allow.
It's legal in the US.

Me being the nerd I am, I'm still addicted to Wattpad. But that's just me. I love reading.

Also, I have a new found obsession with youtube.. Oops.
I found this vid through Kids React. The guy is wicked good. I have no idea how he balances himself. XD

Last thing before I forget!
I CLEANED MY ROOM!!!!!
*Smug grin*

...and wasted a whole afternoon. But, it was well worth the time. My room is a PIGSTY and you can't believe how much dust had accumulated. Yes, I am a girl. Girls can be messy too.
I cleaned my room~~~

Hmm that's all I have to say I suppose.

Wish me luck for my O-Levels which is like, Monday. OMG. MONDAY.
I'm freaking out again!!!

Graduation

Wow, time flies.
My 4 years in secondary school have come to an end. I have graduated!

Weirdly enough, Sg has graduation before O Levels. =_=
A complete mood killer.

Anyway, my graduation was on Friday.
I took more photos in that day than in my entire life.
I'm not the camera-crazy type, so I don't normally initiate photo-taking.
...Well, except for Friday. I took like, 150 photos. Those in my friend's cameras are not counted.
My mission was to take a photo with every single person I knew in school.

Mission: Failed.

Sighhh I missed by like, 2 people.
Couldn't find them.

But Friday was AWESOME!
I was on a graduation hype for the whole day! Adrenaline rush! :D
I only slept like, 5 hours the day before, but I was so hyper and all. Haha.

Our maths teacher sang a song for us. :'D

My form and co-form teachers gave each of us a tube of Vitamin C.
Haha such a unique present.
My form teacher was like, "Ok class, me and __ have a present for you guys!"
Then she reached into this huge plastic bag. I was expecting, I don't know, chocolates, candies, motivational slips, but then she pulled out a tube of Vitamin C.
Nice.

Anyway, I took the initiative to have everyone in my class sign this autograph book!
They were the bomb during primary school days, but in secondary school, I'm like the only person in the entire school who bothered with it. Oh well. I'm special.
And, yes, Mission Accomplished! :D
So now I have everyone's phone numbers and emails. Mwahahaha. Mass spam.

O Levels is in ONE week. ONE.
Eight days. OMG I'm freaking out.

Well after the graduation ceremony me and my usual gang went to the AIRPORT!
Awesome place for photographs!
We went to their Pizza Hut, all 8 of us.
Pizza Hut made $122++ off us that hour.
We took a lot a lot of photographs, and for our graduation presents, Estie (nickname) gave us each those instant photos! :D
With her inside, of course. XD
So much fun~

I reached home after 9.30pm. XD

It's actually very sad, because your secondary school life has come to an end.
No more will I sit in my classroom for lessons.
No more will I have the same classmates.
No more will I see those friends every day.
I can't sit next to Niharch and annoy her any more! D'X

Good times, good times.
I already miss my class... T_T

20/10:
I FORGOT THE FUN FACTS AGAIN!!! >_<

My Throat Hurts

I have a cough. 2-week anniversary soon. T_T
I'm gonna clarify something first. I DO NOT GET COUGHS.
Sure, I've had sore throats, sure I've had flu and fevers.
But, I do not get COUGHS!
And once I caught one, BANG! 2 weeks and counting. Sighhh.

Anyway, that's not my main point.

My O Levels is in >20 days. OMG. I'm freaking out here.
Which is actually just 2 weeks later. OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG.
My brother has just finished his PSLE two days ago, and lemme tell you, he didn't study.
He's so going into 'N' classes. Let's hope he passes his PSLE, huh?

As a reward, my mother has allowed him to invite his friend over for the whole day tomorrow.
My own FREAKIN' mother, who KNOWS that I have O Levels THIS MONTH, allowed my bro to invite his FREAKIN' friend over.
Where they will talk and laugh and make a lot of noise for the WHOLE FREAKIN' DAY.
I'm seriously pissed here, cause I'm cursing. I do not curse. Normally.

Well, I had to put a stop to it.
So I got angry and GLARED at my mom and told her to NOT allow his friend over.
Guess what? She didn't care. Wow, big surprise here. (Heavy sarcasm.)
So I stormed into his room and YELLED at him to NOT INVITE his friend over because I have FREAKING NATIONAL EXAMS NEXT MONTH.
Guess what?
That IDIOT had the AUDACITY to say "but we've already made plans! I can't change!"
So I was shouting my head off at him. I mean, really, really yelled.
I can yell very loudly when I want to.

....which goes back to my main point of my throat hurting even worse.
It's never going to heal at this rate.

Anyway, my mother couldn't stand my yelling so she said she'll take care of it.
YEAH, RIGHT.
She obviously didn't so now I'm off to yell at my bro again.
Bless my throat.

Bad Day

Yes it is very late but I feel bad for not posting for so long. And yes this is via phone.

Well today was a horrible, horrible day.
Firstly, I didn't do well for A.Maths. Shocking huh. T-T
Stupid careless mistakes and no error carry forward marks. Why? Cause maths is about accuracy and precision, so they won't give you the mark if your first part's wrong. Sighh...

Secondly, I have a huge stack of undone homework, which I gave up on. I mean HUGE.
AND there're 2 tests tomorrow. 3 actually, but two of them are English so I count it as one.

Lastly, my slipper broke during tuition. I had tuition today, spending most of my free time, thus the undone stack of homework.
I had to walk like I have a wooden right leg. Ugh can feel the lactic acid.
At some point in time I just got fed up of dragging my feet along, so I took off my slippers and walked barefooted.
Quite cool actually, discounting all the weird stares I got. Well my 'wooden' walk (drag) had already attracted enough attention as it was.

My poor feet.. Can feel the skin on the sole hardening. DX

P.S: Sry forgot abt the fun facts since I was using my phone. Well, here they are!

- Eating chocolate 3 times a month increases you lifespan as opposed to people who either overeat or do not eat chocolate at all

- Hippos kill more people in Africa than crocodiles.

- A duck's quack doesn't echo anywhere, and nobody knows why.
