So. Things went really well for me the past summer. I previously posted:
This summer I hope to
1) find an internship (like NOW pls)
2) find a prof for my honours thesis
3) write a damn book (i've had that resolution for, oh, 3 years now oops)
And things unexpectedly went according to plan *THANK GOD*.
1) I managed to find a RA (research assistant) job in school from May to August. Best job ever my co-workers were the best.
2) Found a prof for my honours thesis (currently in the middle of pilot-testing! Might need to recruit you guys haha I'll see how)
3) Did not write a damn book. Don't even have a damn plot outlined because of #1.
Good news is I got really into water-colouring for adults and I made cards for my close friends! Bad news, I can't post the pictures of the cards bc I wrote names... Here's a picture my colleague and I coloured during an office blackout instead:
We called this "Sunflower near a nuclear testing site bc orange-headed bees".
I have just finished my last class for year 4 sem 1 today. Time sure flies. I have one more semester before I graduate... Tbh, not looking forward to adulting. I'm barely even young adulting.
All I have left this semester is 4 essays to finish before next thursday, and one final the following week. Easy peasey. So doable. (jk help me im so dead why)
